I was finishing a bright idea and I'm so sure about how to balance the permanent buffs between non-top-up and top-up players:
- You should sell Vip buffs in the event shop (top-up players can receive their permanent buff when they top up 6000 ingots) for 15,000 event coins. !! Each event, in the event shop there should be a permanent buff rather than 31 days buffs as before. There should be maximum of 5 buffs changed differently in the event shop after each event.

There is a problem for doing this is: players who top up 6000 ingots might not use the event coins ( from top-up rewards) to spend it on gift boxes (gift boxes such as 1599 event coins for рассвет box or 2000 event coins for закат box) but use it to buy VIP permanent buffs instead. So turn out then they will have 2 permanent VIP buffs per event with only 6000 ingots top-up.
- To fix this problem : I have a definite strategy that when a new server is released; the first 5 events, the 5 permanent VIP buffs that can be bought with event coins in the event shop should be the same as the permanent VIP buffs of the 6000 ingots reward by doing single top-up. So that in the first 5 weeks, it will limit players who top-up 6000 ingots and can own 2 VIP permanent buffs by receiving 1buff from 6000 ingots reward top-up condition and 1 from the event shop by spending 15,000 event coins. So the process and speed of the game will be balanced and won't be pushed so fast between top-up players and non-top-up players. Of course, players who top-up from 18000 ingots and up can still request all 3 differents VIP permanent buffs !!!

- Players who top-up game a lot such as vip 9, vip 10 like me will not buy the VIP permanent buffs with event coins, instead we will choose to top-up more money to receive those buffs by keep doing single top-up condition (6000 ingots).
- But for players who can't afford to top-up more money should be able to buy 5 VIP permanent buffs out of a total of 15 VIP permanent buffs with event coins.

=> This will balance the process of the game, narrow the gap between those who wouldn't be able to top-up money/or those who top-up very little money compared to players who have financial condition that would be able to top-up a lot of money to receive rewards especially to receive VIP permanent VIP buffs.
I hereby want to maintain the community of gamers who top-up very little money to stick with the game. I know surely you also have the same idea with me to balance the game. That is why you deleted the VIP permanent buffs before to remake new permanent buffs.

In my opinion: players without topping-up money or topping-up very little money should have 10 permanent buffs. Players who pay money to top-up to receive more rewards should have 20 buffs so then the meta game will be more interesting. We will probably have so many trendings of playing with different ninja partners and different strategies.

I have surveyed all players who would be able to top-up money for the game and who wouldn't be able to top-up. They all agreed with my idea and options.
When you decide to conduct and add VIP permanent buffs for players spending 15,000 event coins in the event shop, I proudly declare that the number of players who will be able to top-up 1000-3000 ingots per event to receive their VIP permanent buffs and gift boxes in the event shop will increase very significantly . !!
