Specifically, the error originated from the Bloodline system.

The Bloodline system includes a feature that increases both Silence rate by +25% and Silence resistance rate by +25% (at level 9). This means that if two players have the same level of this feature, one player's Silence resistance will cancel out the other player's silence rate.

But it seems a bug has occurred, causing the "Silence resistance rate" to also become a "Silence rate"
Let's watch an example video I made about this bug.
In this video, I will check for bugs with the Naruto SSS character in two scenarios with Bloodline level 0 (Silence rate +0%, Silence resistance rate by +0%) and level 9 (Silence rate +25%, Silence resistance rate +25%)

45% Silence rate: 15% Kakashi Saringan buff + 30% Skill4

35% Silence resistance rate : 20% Susanoo buff + 15% another buff

=> 45%-35% = 10% Slince chance
As you can see in the video, it seems the silence rate has increased by over 50% at Bloodline level 9.

In the image, I used Naruto's SS skill 4, but the stun still didn't work. About Summon Scroll Event, Can it change the ninja frequenlty ??

I'm struggling with the Summon Scroll Event because the ninja I want is so hard to summon. In the event, only three ninjas are available, and I have to wait for two long weeks for the event to reset and change the available ninjas. Even then, the ninja I want might still not appear in the next event.

Could you consider changing the event so that the available ninjas rotate more frequently? This would make it easier for me�and others�to summon the ninja we want if we have enough scrolls. It would also greatly help those looking to improve their ninjas' power through natural skills.
